The Farm

History

This 158 acre mixed farm has been three generations in the McGrath Family and has seen many changes in farming practices over that time. Having previously been dairy, sheep, cattle  and some tillage, it is now mostly dry stock with sheep, cattle and, of late, a couple of goats.

New Developments

The farm consists of 20 acres of forestry, which has over 3km of track through it for those who enjoy great walking.Incorporated into the walk is a treasure hunt, for those of our guests with an adventurous spirit, young or old. Overall the farm offers a great free playground for those who want to experience farm life.
